By participating in a barter collaboration with GlowNova, (you) the influencer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that this collaboration is a barter arrangement, and no monetary compensation will be provided.

Please review the following terms and conditions for our barter collaboration:

1. Barter Collaboration Agreement
- GlowNova agrees to provide you with our Eye Therapy Serum for promotional purposes.
- In exchange, you agree to promote and feature the serum in a video on your social media platforms, website, or other marketing channels.
- The promotional content should be delivered to GlowNova within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
- You grant GlowNova permission to use specific content created as part of this collaboration for promotional purposes on our platforms, with proper credit given to you.
 - You will provide GlowNova with the delivery address for the product, which will be sent via a tracked delivery service.

2. Influencer Requirements
 - You should have a significant and engaged audience, with high-quality content that aligns with our brand ethos.

- You are required to follow GlowNova on Instagram as part of this collaboration.

3. Content Ownership and Usage
 - You retain ownership of the content you create.
 - GlowNova may use specific content for promotional purposes, crediting you appropriately.

4. Agreement Duration and Termination
- Either party can terminate the collaboration with prior written notice.
 - Should the agreement be terminated without fulfilment, the product should be returned to GlowNova.

5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the collaboration.
